The guide chute of the dust barrier adopts a sliding plate design (without side rollers), ensuring the coal conveyor belt runs straight on both sides. A sliding sealing device is installed between the bottom of the guide chute and the moving belt, effectively preventing dust from escaping along the sides of the belt. Multiple levels of soft curtains with dust-blocking functions are installed at the outlet and within the guide chute, containing splashed dust and isolating it with polyurethane dust barriers, thereby achieving full enclosure of the guide chute. The dust barrier exhibits excellent weather resistance, meaning it has long-term resistance to extreme cold, heat, dryness, and humidity, as well as exceptional corrosion resistance against rain, snow, and water erosion, significantly extending the service life of the rubber strips. It also demonstrates strong resistance to thermal aging, indicating high durability against heat-induced air aging.
